A years-long collaboration designing multiple restaurants with Bruce Benning and the Haines brothers culminated in the design of this upscale restaurant in Sacramento. Several empty tenant spaces in Pavilions shopping center were combined to create the interior and an adjacent existing outdoor patio was transformed into an all-season dining area complete with a band shell. Glass doors between the spaces roll up to allow the in/out flow of people, sound and ambiance. Designed as a community gathering place, Wildwood offers intimate spaces as well as large gathering areas.
